Your trees and shrubs represent a growing investment worth protecting. Our 5 visit program of scheduled inspection and treatment helps to keep all of your ornamentals healthy and in top growing condition. There are hundreds of insects and diseases which can attack and infest your landscape. Lopez Lawn & Landscapes Ornamental Tree and Shrub Program consists of specifically designed and scheduled applications. Your basic annual applications will include the following:
Fertilization: Your trees and shrubs receive feedings late in the year to promote root growth. This helps plants to recover from summer stress and prepare for winter. Fertilization in the spring promotes new growth and aids in recovery from winter stress.
Disease Control: Landscape plants which are prone to particular diseases receive preventive treatments throughout the season. If other diseases appear, they are immediately treated with the proper control material.
Insect Control: Trees and shrubs receive a combination of preventive treatments and control treatments as needed to take care of a wide variety of insect problems throughout the year.
Continuous Monitoring: The landscape is monitored all season long by your professional tree and shrub specialist. In this way, problems can be identified and corrected before they seriously affect your landscape.

Lopez Lawn & Landscapes targets the insects living within the lawn and around the perimeter of your home. Ants, spiders, fleas, ticks, crickets, armyworms & sod webworms, and hundreds of more insects can be controlled allowing you, your family and your pets to fully enjoy a pest free lawn. Many insects also feed on the grass plants and can cause extensive damage in a short period of time if left untreated. This is a must have for anyone that wants to protect their investment they have made into their lawn & landscape or who has pets, enjoys the outdoors, entertains outdoors often or who has a pool in their yard which always seem to attract uninvited pests.
SUMMERGUARD - Pest Control Program (June-July-August-September) 3 visits
We use a Professional top of the line backpack Fogger for the Spraying of your Complete Perimeter, as well as your Lawn, Trees, & Shrubs.
All Seasons - Pest Control Program 6 visits
We start (February-March-April) with a granular treatment to your Lawn, Landscape Beds, and around the perimeter of your Home.
The next 4 visits are spread out (May-June-July-August-Sepetmber) to maximize effectiveness depending when one starts the program. We use a Professional top of the line backpack Fogger for the Spraying of your Complete Perimeter, as well as your Lawn, Trees, & Shrubs.
We Finish (October-November-December) with a granular treatment to your Lawn, Landscape Beds, and around the perimeter of your Home.
THRIVE Landscape Bed Maintenance & Weed Free Programs
We offer regular maintenance. Meticulous shrub trimming and plant pruning. We can add fresh mulch and decorative rock along with spade edging to further enhance the beauty of your landscaping. We provide a Monthly De-Weeding or 4 visit Landscape Bed Weed Control Program.
Our 4 Step Program starts with Pre emergent in March, 1 Mid Spring Treatment, and finished with 2 Summer Treatments June-August.
Our 7 visit Monthly program starting in the early spring March and ending in early fall September control the germination of weeds using pre and post emergents. The treatments are generally 4-6 weeks apart.
